A Combarbalá se puede acceder desde La Serena, por la ruta D-43 hacia Ovalle, en dirección a Monte Patria y de ahí continuar por la ruta D-55. En total son 191 kilómetros de camino pavimentado, rodeados de cerros con agreste vegetación y verdosos viñedos.
Si se viaja desde el sur, el ingreso está indicado en el kilómetro 280 de la Panamericana Norte, muy cerca del cruce de los Vilos.

Combarbalá can be accessed from La Serena, via highway D-43 route towards Ovalle, in the direction of Monte Patria; from Monte Patria, continue on D-55 route, approximately 191 kilometres of fully paved roads, surrounded by hills with rustic vegetation and greenish vineyards.
If traveling from the South, the entrance to the highway is indicated in kilometre 280 of the Pan-American North Highway, right by the Los Vilos Crossing.
