El Señor de las Estrellas
Apuwara es la unión de dos conceptos Aymaras que intentan reflejar la visión de nuestra propuesta turística. Las palabras Apu, señor u hombre sabio de la tribu y Wara, estrella, nos instaron a bautizar este espacio que recoge la admiración por los astros siderales y por ello promueve el cuidado del cielo nocturno.
A esta visión se suma la intención de rescatar el legado cultural y artesanal de la zona. Los espacios de Hotel Apuwara recuperan todas las raíces arquitectónicas del entorno, incorporando adobe, piedra combarbalita y madera con un renovado estilo que incorpora mosaicos en la infraestructura, artesanías elaboradas con semillas de árboles típicos de la zona y otras múltiples novedades.
The Lord of the Stars
Apuwara is the union of two Aymara concepts that reflect the vision of this project. The words Apu, meaning gentleman or wise man of the tribe, and Wara, meaning star, both attract the admiration for the sidereal stars and the magic of the night sky. Promoting the cultural legacy of this zone is added to our vision.
This sense is reflected in all the services that Apuwara offers, particularly in its guesthouse and Restaurant, which rescue the architectonic roots of the surroundings, incorporating unburnt mud bricks, Combarbalita stone and local woods, with a renewed style that integrates mosaic in the infrastructure, crafts elaborated with typical trees of the local area and other multiple new features. In addition, one can enjoy tourist routes, artisan products and other services.
